Cabinet of Curiosities

Cabinet of Curiosities is a party game-style mini-TTRPG for two or more players. You and friends will play a Collector running a mysterious shop of haunted objects (for which you will pay a terrible price), and Customers chasing their hearts' desires. Will you survive the Object, or will you be forced to pay the price?

A 52 count deck of cards and this booklet.

Introduction:

Cabinet of Curiosities is a storytelling-focused tabletop roleplaying game where one player is the Collector running a mysterious shop of obscure and curious Objects, which you can purchase for a terrible price, and one or more players are Customers of the mysterious shop, searching for their heart’s desire. Using a 52-count deck of cards and a 6-sided die, the Collector and Customer will establish their setting and characters, collaboratively design the object the Customer purchases from the mysterious shop, and then play the survival round to see whether the Customer keeps the Object without paying the price, or whether the Object backfires on them, allowing the Collector to collect upon their due pay.
